Sensual technical setting
We offer full technical event service – sound system, lighting, light decorations, effects.
Irrespectively if you choose our DJ or our band, we will take care of music sound system, dancefloor lighting, wall illumination, and, if needed, special effects like smoke, bubbles, or sensual scent. Our team control the lighting live, providing your event with unique mood where lights follow the event script!
SOUND SYSTEM
We will set up soundsystems on the dancefloor, dining area, chill-room, terrace, or in the garden. We have multi-room sound systems. On the dancefloor, we put active broadband loudspekaers and subwoofers, since the sound and power of music is important there. Other spaces have toned down background music, so the MC’s messages are clear but don’t interrupt the guests in conversations and relaxing. We provide front speakers, stage monitors, microphones, and audio mixers. We also work in venues which are acoustically challenging, tall, round, L-shaped, and with many corners.
LIGHTING
Subdued warm lighting or 70’s disco vibe with a disco ball? Blue or purple glamour mood? Club red or navy blue with white light during cake servicing? We ensure spectacular venue lighting. We have LED lights, as well as retro lamps. We will bring mobile wash, beam, or spot heads. We have a PAR reflectors on special stands or scaffoldings, and also white floodlights. We will create the mood you request – from color themes and dynamics to lighting intensity. We avoid tackiness, so too candy-like and techno-strobe vibe… only on special requests.
LIGHTING DECORATIONS
The perfect complement to dancefloor lighting are architectural lights. They can create a certain mood by illuminating walls, columns, statues, large potted plants, or other interior design elements. Sometimes, for effect, we light up “sweet” tables or fireplaces. Our technical team are specialists in arranging space with light, and we will illuminate this space for you as well! We use short and long LED bars and round PAR reflectors, perfect for placing in the corners or illuminating a thin pillar.
GARLANDS
Beautiful and popular small lights, light bulbs hanged on long cords over dancing or eating guests. They evoke the atmopshere of small seaside restaurants, where in the air you can feel love, scent of the sea, and fleeting moments. They can be hanged on long cords below the ceiling, over the dancefloor or dining tables. We can also place them in the garden, between the trees, or other suitable places.
OUTDOOR LIGHTING
Thanks to special floodlights, we can beautifully illuminate the outside of your venue. They are resistant to any weather conditions: rain, snow, high and low temperatures. There’s no need to shelter them because they are designed to shine on the building facades uniterrupted. We have floodlights of varying power, so they can light up a building entrance, as well as a pretty big mansion. They allow us to beautifully decorate a night park or garden by illuminating trees, bushes, lawns, or sculptures.
SMOKE
We can provide light misty smoke, but also heavy smoke (so called “dancing in the clouds”). Classic light smoke is distributed with special generators and hazers. Thanks to this, light from our lamps refracts beautifully in the air, creating moody streaks and auroras. Dancing in the clouds is produced by special heavy machine operated by a selected technician. This classic effect will make your first dance or cake serving look like heaven.
BUBBLES
We can offer a rain of beautiful and shiny bubbles. They look great in photos. Also, kids and laid back adults love them. Bubbles are produced with 2 kinds of generators – single or double. We spray them in front of the entrance to the venue or the church, in the garden, after the wedding ceremony, or during the first dance.
PROJECTOR
During the reception, a projector allows to display various presentations, photos, or films prepared by the bride and groom, parents, or best men/maids of honor. Or the other way around. It also helps to conduct competitions such as “Name That Tune” or karaoke. The projector package includes: a screen, special stand, computer, sound from the main soundsystem, and technical service. A premium variant can allow special displays built into the DJ booth (humpter) or on a separate
SMELL
The best memories come from experiencing through senses. Your first song, first dance, and that scent… Imagine a beautiful, fresh fragrance at your wedding reception. Additionally, we propose a dedicated fragrance, which make everyone at the party feel cozy. Citrus tea, mint, white flower, and many more scent types are distributed using special liquid emitted by our smoke generators and hazers.
GOBO
With gobo, we can display your initials, names, or any graphic on the wall, dancefloor, or facade of the venue. Such an image is moving through the floor, ceiling, and walls, or it can be set in a specific place.
SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE CEREMONY
We can arrange full technical and musical setting for the wedding ceremony in an alcove or a garden near the venue. This service consists of: sound system (2 active loudspeakers), 2 wireless microphones (1 for the MC, 1 for bride and groom), audio mixer, computer, technical staff, as well as music setting for the ceremony, wishes, or an outdoor photo shoot. In addition, we ensure a bubble generator free of charge to emphasize the mood of this special moment.
TECHNICAL RIDERS
Despite if we’re preparing the setting for a DJ, or if you chose the live band to play at your reception – we provide full technical service, fulfilling the so-called riders for the band. Moreover, if you only chose the DJ and there is a surprise vocal or instrumental guest appearance – we will provide appropriate technical setup for such an addition. In case of band and DJ performance, all elements of the music setting are appropriately connected to the sound system and – optionally – atmospherically lit.
LIVE LIGHT CONTROL
Each package comes with a technician who oversees the process of the party. We also offer basic live light control using DMX drivers. The technician sits next to the musicians and adjusts lighting to the current mood. For example, during the first dance, the appropriate color is chosen, during cake serving, white light and a spotlight on bride and groom, during dance sets, lights are dynamic. The technician controls the light heads, DJ booth illumination, or light stands. Premium package adds control of all lighting elements, including wall lights.
PREMIUM LIGHTING
The standard lighting package can be upgraded to the premium variant. This includes control of all lighting elements – light heads, stands, LED bars, PAR reflectors, and any other lighting effects. We also provide a stylish and elegant humpter (special DJ booth) and retro lamps.
